Start at Seacombe Ferry Terminal & take in the wonderful view of the Unesco World Heritage site that is the Liverpool waterfront. A nine mile traffic free journey awaits with no hills to climb!
Within a mile is Vale Park. Possibly too soon to stop for break but if you need an excuse there's a cafeteria & maybe a performance at the band stand. A mile further on is the historic seaside resort of New Brighton. Follow the coast past two golf courses & a lighthouse & see the lovely beaches that you wouldn't know existed if you were in a car. Finish at Hoylake, venue of the British Open Golf Championship 2006.
There's a park & lots of interesting shops here. Good choice of restaurants, cafe's & pubs for lunch. Now ride back to Seacombe, continue your journey by train or let us collect your bikes.
